Uhler, partners at the municipal law firm of Klein, Thorpe and Jenkins, Ltd., will cover  all aspects of the clerk’s role both pre and post election. Topics covered will include the clerk’s duties and responsibilities relative to receipt and review of nomination papers: processing petition objections; participation in the electoral board process; ballot certification; and voting.
