How will these actions impact municipalities? How can municipalities influence Springfield? \nJoin the Lake County Municipal League as we answer these questions\, review the legislative session and hear from a distinguished panel of experts.  \nJoe Schatteman will open our meeting with a report on Springfield. Mr. Schatteman is the Deputy Legislative Director for the Illinois Municipal League. For two decades he has been working in Springfield in areas of municipal concern.  He is an expert in municipal policy and legislative strategy.
