Annual Events

Legislative Breakfast
LCML members have the opportunity to meet local legislators and discuss Lake County issues at the annual Legislative Breakfast. As there are many new legislators representing Lake County, we look forward to an interesting Breakfast meeting. For 2013,  it will held on Saturday, February 2, 2013, at the Round Lake Beach Cultural & Civic Center.

Lobbying trip to Springfield
An annual trip to Springfield enables LCML members to speak directly with the Lake County delegation and lobby for issues important to them.

Regular Business meetings
Six times a year LCML Business Meetings focus on topics of importance to its members. Some of the topics include economic development in the County, new recycling guidelines and cooperative purchasing.

Golf Outing
An annual golf outing provides an opportunity for networking in a casual, relaxed setting. The 2013 golf outing will be held on September 4 at a course to be determined. This year the outing will feature a helicopter ball drop!
